Parent Teacher Friends Association

The school is lucky in having a strong PTFA. All new parents are informed of its activities and are welcome in playing a part to assist with the children's education in one way or another. We value and appreciate the support parents give to our school.

A small school like ours depends a great deal on parental help to give a varied and enriching school curriculum. Offers of help from parents are therefore both sought and gratefully received. All parent helpers are subject to Criminal Records Bureau disclosures.

We are always eager to accept help in any area where a parent has expertise or experience.


Fund Raising Activities and Donations

Rearsby School is fortunate in having the active involvement of so many parents in school activities. The PTFA has played an active part in contributing towards school requirements for a number of years. Items purchased include:- football and netball kits, goal nets, music books, a substantial donation towards new computer equipment, an outdoor climbing frame, visibility vests, outside picnic furniture and school educational visits.

The Governors and Staff of the school are grateful for the active role and generous assistance given to the school by the PTFA and would like to express their warm thanks to all members and friends of the school who play such a key role in its success.
